1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC units like mini split, ducted split, window ac, cassette package ac and Chillers with the detail knowledge of vapour compression refrigeration system, vapour absorption system, manual load calculation and other engineering calculations

7.Supervises the commissioning of new HVAC units.
8. Coordinate with Engineers of main and sub- contractors for all design.
9.Closely monitor all the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
10.Prepare monthly report for the maintenance work.
11. Provide troubleshooting and repair support for customers and contractors.
