-Excavation-deep excavation for bridge foundation, raft foundation, retaining wall, duct banks,
pressure & storm water pipe line, pile foundation and excavation for underground tunnel,
excavation for base etc.
- Geo-technical investigation of work location prior to start the project as per project
documents.
- Backfilling & compaction-Inspection of backfilling process & compaction (FDD) & PLT test
as per project approved specification.
- Drilling, Blasting & Scaling- Inspection of drilling & scaling process for tunnel & underground
constructions.
- Concrete & Reinforcement- Inspection of fabricated shuttering-bar prior to concretingwitnessing & sampling of concrete test & pouring.
- Precast-Inspection of precast wall, slab, footing & lining prior to installation.
- Installation of supports for retaining wall to controlling the earth lateral pressure.
- Non-permeability or water proofing inspection of dry areas and tunnel around surface to
controlling the seepages.
- Inspection of precast elements after erection or after installation and allowing for grouting &
Tieng as per drawings.
- Executing the inspections of materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities on
site.
-Monitoring the QA/QC activities to ensure the implementation of all quality controls and
quality procedures of the site and maintain relevant records.
-Internal finishing and repairing works as per method statement.
-Tiling, primer, putty and painting work.
- Door, windows and glasses installation work.
-Landscape, Walkway, Façade & Canopy installation work.
- External texture paintings & decoration.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration,
test results, inspection requests, Non-Compliance Reports and Site Instruction/Observations,
permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
- Resolving the quality issues through identification of corrective and preventive actions to
avoid recurrence.
- Controlling the process of receiving and final inspections of precast works, and providing
Guidelines to Precast Engineers and sub-contractors for avoiding the mistakes.
-Checking/Auditing and controlling the batching plant quality, Monitoring the Mix design, Trial
mix as per approvals.
- Checking of reinforcements, fabrication, form works, concrete casting & concrete repairs.
-Checking of Precast Erection, Alignment, Grouting, finishing and sealant application works.
-Checking of the materials quality and testing process as per project specification.
-Inspection of Materials delivered at site prior to installation.
-Checking the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtaining the relevant
documentation.
-Before proceeding the works at site clarifying the related documents like project
specifications, standards, approvals of drawings & client’s requirements.
- Raising the Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Discrepancy Reports (DR), when
activities deviated from the Contract Specifications & Construction practices.
-Reporting to the QA/QC Manager regarding project query.
- Preparation of Daily, weekly & monthly Quality reports.
- Preparation of required documents for monthly project invoices.
Maintaining the all QA/QC related documents, procedures for quality records as per PQP
project quality plan and QMS quality management system.
Submittal of shop drawing and Materials as per QA/QC norms and BS/ASTM standards.
Preparation & submission of ITP-Inspection test plan & MST-method statement.
