Scope: installing and testing Fire system
(Fire pumps-pipes—FHC-sprinklers-FM200)
HVAC: Chillers-pumps-CPM-pipes-AHU-FCU-Fans-Ductinsulation-
Dampers
VRF: Outdoor-Indoor Unites- copper pipes-insulation.
Drainage: Sump Pump- pipe (UPVC-GI-Ductile) -WC- Floor Drain.
Supply Water: Pumps-pipe-Heaters- Sinks-Accessories
Responsibility:-
•Day-to-day management of the site, supervising and monitoring the site
labor force.
• Reviewing daily labor performance in the site.
• Preparing Progress reports as required and send to Management.
•Manpower and Material requirement planning.
• Co-ordinate and plan with the operation department Scheduled for work
Permit and arrange Manpower.
•Ensure that the work is in line with the specifications, procurement, and
approved shop drawings, complete the work in the best possible way.
•Check plans drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
•Monitor and find solutions for the problems in the site.
•Ensure that the safety rule and regulations are followed strictly on the site.
•Ensuring and review all drawing.
•Prepare inspection requests for Mechanical items Works and submit to
consultant.
•Implement and test of Mechanical system and handover to the owner.
•Implement and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) for Mechanical
systems.
• Work with selection and sizing of Equipment for HVAC, Plumbing
(Irrigation, Domestic & Drainage) & firefighting system.
•Prepare the Red Line & As Built Drawing.

 Supervising subcontractors whilst on site and assigned work daily basis and provide work permit.
 Co-ordinate with sub-contractor and operation team to arrange work as per client requirements.

 Follow up on daily basis the progress and as per project schedule arrange work to manpower
 Ensure to have a preservation log for all the equipment has checked and monitored daily/weekly for easily tracking the status.
 Prepare the risk assessments and Job safe procedure and co-ordinate with Safety team.
 Obtain material inspection request and approval from client.
 After inspection and finished punch list, we raising of RFI document.
 Witnessing of Magnetic Particle Testing and Liquid Penetrate Testing as per ASME Sec-V.

• Preparing the daily progress reports.
• Preparing the bill of quantity of materials
• Responsible for all welding activities such as joint preparation,
joint fit- up, root pass, hot pass, capping and documentation of
weld & welders as per Standards. Verify.
• Check and review is drawing and work perform co-ordination with
HVAC plumbing sanitary and firefighting system at the
construction site
• Carrying out the inspection activities as per I.T.P and relevant
codes and standards

• Preparing the daily progress reports.
• Inspection on incoming materials and vendor supply items
according to purchase order and project requirements.
• Responsible person for construction activities related to
mechanical jobs with maintaining the quality innovation policy of
the company.
• Carrying out the welding Inspection before, during and after
welding as per approved test plan, approved drawing, standard
and project specification.
• Co-ordination with client inspector for final inspections for Hold
and Witness point inspection. Make Daily Weld Log and DWR.
• Inspection for installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC
system.
• Sprinkler System, Fire hose cabinet, Water Hydrant System, Smoke
Detector and Heat Detector Selection.
