Meeting with clients to discuss their technical and engineering needs.
• Controls and Maintain QA/QC related documents and preparation of QA/QC monthly Report.
• Co‐ordination with Electrical, Civil, Architectural Engineers before execution of other works.
• Conducts various test as necessary in accordance to the approved construction inspection test plan ITP’s.
• Co‐ordinate with clients and construction engineers.
• Identifying the material as per the standard drawings and specification.
• Witnessing & inspection of the installation of Chiller, AHU, FCU, DX Unit etc.
• Monitoring/ Surveillance inspection for storage, stacking and handling of fittings and consumables including
verification of temperature conditions.
• Inspection for packaging/loading for transportation to site for installation.
• Reviewing and Closing NCR of materials prior to assembly for scratches, damages, cracks,
delamination, crushing, weathering. Witnessing the assembly/ joining of PVC Pipes.
• Verifying thrust block installation at every change in direction of nonmetallic piping.
• Verify and ensure the calibration of instruments for Hydrostatic testing.
• Queries, Construction work package, Method Statements, Checklist, Inspection and Test Plans..
• Reviewing the final package of Hydro Test, approving & releasing for Hydro Test
• Conducting site visits and researching technical processes.
• Analysis and assessment of technical issues.
• Researching, planning, and executing advanced technical solutions
• Preparation of submittals Material approval, Shop Drawing and etc.
• In charge for building inspection and overall installation of HVAC Equipment's (e.g. Air Handling Units, Air
Cooled Air Conditioning Units, Air Cooled Water Chillers, Fans, Exhaust fans, Fan Coil Units, etc.) Ducts /
Chilled water Pipes & Fire water Pipes / Condensate Drainage System.
• Maintain accurate and calibrated inspection tools and equipment for consistent measurements of operation of the
inspection and testing system.
• Inspection of Portable Water Pipe, Fire Water Pipe, Structural, Equipment & Insulation.
• Follow of ASME, ASHRAE & SMACNA Standards.
• Inspection of Plumbing Underground, & Aboveground piping and in process.
• Review the Test packs of piping and witnessing for hydro test
☑️Air Distribution System by Velocity Reduction Method, Equal Friction Method and Static Regain Method following SMACNA Standard.
☑️ESP Calculation for Fans & Blowers.
☑️Toilet & Kitchen Ventilation system Designing.
☑️Staircase pressurization system Designing.
☑️Head Loss calculation for Primary & Secondary pump system.
☑️Design of Expansion tank sizing.
☑️Selection of Chiller, AHU’S, FCU’S, FAN’S, Exhaust Fan, Blower, Window AC, Cooling Tower, Desert Cooler and other Equipment’s.
☑️Installation and Start-Up Trane Chiller, York Chiller (Water-Cooled Condensation type), (1000*6) tons capacity, AHU, FAHU, FCU, HVAC Control Instrument, Control panel, DDC & Loop test for Commissioning, Exhaust Fan, Supply Air Fan Preventive Maintenance, Servicing & troubleshooting etc.
