delamination, crushing, weathering. Witnessing the assembly/ joining of PVC Pipes.
• Verifying thrust block installation at every change in direction of nonmetallic piping.
• Verify and ensure the calibration of instruments for Hydrostatic testing.
• Queries, Construction work package, Method Statements, Checklist, Inspection and Test Plans..
• Reviewing the final package of Hydro Test, approving & releasing for Hydro Test
• Conducting site visits and researching technical processes.
• Analysis and assessment of technical issues.
• Researching, planning, and executing advanced technical solutions
• Preparation of submittals Material approval, Shop Drawing and etc.
• In charge for building inspection and overall installation of HVAC Equipment's (e.g. Air Handling Units, Air
Cooled Air Conditioning Units, Air Cooled Water Chillers, Fans, Exhaust fans, Fan Coil Units, etc.) Ducts /
Chilled water Pipes & Fire water Pipes / Condensate Drainage System.
• Maintain accurate and calibrated inspection tools and equipment for consistent measurements of operation of the
inspection and testing system.
• Inspection of Portable Water Pipe, Fire Water Pipe, Structural, Equipment & Insulation.
• Follow of ASME, ASHRAE & SMACNA Standards.
• Inspection of Plumbing Underground, & Aboveground piping and in process.
• Review the Test packs of piping and witnessing for hydro test

Client : Mayfair, India Description: Hotel Project (6 floor Building), Calculation of duct sizing by using McQuay software, Air conditioning has been done with 1, 00,000 sft. Air distribution through no of AHU’s, FCU’s and Cassitte unit & 6 chiller cooling with 95TR each.
