 Responsible for construction activities in the assigned areas per approve construction drawing and project specifications
 Developing the program of work and strategy for project activities with consultation of Client (Saudi Aramco & Tecnicas Reunidas) and ensure its application at site.
 Preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as client personnel, engineers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts
 Inspection of the excavation of the trenches, laying of the UG piping for the fire water, utility water, oily water sewer, sanitary water sewer & drinking water lines.
 Inspection of the back filling & compaction work.
 Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur i.e. planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials, requirement of labor for incoming activities etc.
 Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adhered to.
 Coordination with company higher management to plan smooth work flows
 Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce
 Attend meetings with Client (Aramco) and other contractors working in the same areas
 Close coordination with site supervisor/foremen to achieve targets and solve site issues.
 Prepare the manpower schedule, Equipment / Material schedule / Materials requirements and coordination between the main contractor and consultant representative involved in the project.
 Review and final preparation of Rebar bending schedule and Cutting list.
 Close coordination with batching plants, subcontractors, material suppliers for ongoing and incoming activities.
 Preparation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress reports and submitted to Project Manager.

•Involved in Project Co-ordination and Execution for the Construction of
all kind of civil works.
•Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in
order to meet an agreed Programmed of deadlines.
•Work Instructed & Monitor as per the Quality Norms.
•Supervise and monitor the site activities force through junior engineers,
monitoring the work of any contractor & subcontractors to complete the
work as per customer's satisfaction.
•Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensure that
regulations are adhered to.
•Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the
construction, to check whether the materials are as specified.
•Review the project requirements and ensure that quality should be best,
errors and rework must avoid.
•Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advice
on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving
mechanism.
•Planning & Project coordinating to complete the Project in the Schedule time.
•Prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.

•Supervising the works on site in accordance with the
contract documents and using the template and procedure
established by the consultant.
•Ensuring the correct implementation of the works
according to technical specifications, to designs and quality
of materials
•Preparing list of tests that may be required and following
these tests to be carried out at site. Keeping a log of all test
conducted at site.
•Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and
followed to the full extent
•Maintain a site order book to be made available for the
consultants and senior officers to write comments or
defects in construction noticed during site visits and
carrying out compliance at site

 setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
 checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of
calculations;
 ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as
per specifications;
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
