commissioning and start-up on site.
• Supported construction and commissioning of a INR 3, 000 Crore Phenol Plant by coordinating
installation of compressors, pumps, seals, and rotating equipment.
• Ensuring any extra work awarded to the subcontractor is priced as per the detailed Scope of job and
reviewing to minimize the cost.
• Optimized manpower, material, and equipment deployment to support construction, commissioning,
and startup activities while minimizing contractor standby time.
• During site activities, avoid Contractor stand-by / delay by answering quickly to site queries and
unexpected technical site problems, oversee rectification of punch list items, and completion of on
site tests, and oversee erection of all discipline-related equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery, review documents under my responsibility to enable the procurement
expediting, fabrication, and Construction / Installation the packages / Equipment to progress and to
site commissioning and start up.
• Support commissioning, start-up and system completing activities and make appropriate
recommendations to management on Rotating equipment matters.
