Supply Chain (Procurement and Sub-contracts Management)

• Taking care of Supply Chain activities covering Sourcing, Vendor development, Procurement, Post award activities including expediting for Project Material / MRO / Assets / Capex by following Company’s Protocols & procedures to serve the requirements of on-going projects and operations.
• Facilitating and helping Sub-contracts department regarding pre-qualifications.
• Vendor Development, Supplier Relationship Management, vendor visits to meet deadline of deliverable.
• Going out of the box to provide best solutions to make sure the items get delivered on time at the best cost at right time.
• Corrective Action taking approach to facilitate the clients.
• Managing Supplier Management Database (SMD) keeping relevant market intelligence up-to-date and performance and prequalification by risk assessment of suppliers and facilitating developing IKTVA targets assigned to Mc Dermott.
• Using Fit-for-purpose approach to each unique business unit circumstances and challenges.
• Review bidders’ lists, and procurement plans for both tendering and projects.
• Attend monthly project review meetings as required.
• Ensures work is being coordinated well between departments, offices, and suppliers to meet project requirements. Utilizing effective management of procurement procedures.

• Control Room - EPCI services for the relocation of control rooms in Zuluf GOSP-4, Marjan GOSP 2 and 3, fabrication of new control rooms, boat landings and new jacket members, as well as the upgrade of all control systems as reqd. by Saudi Aramco.

Key Achievements:
➢ Developed and aligned unified procurement procedures applicable for a wide range of commodities and project materials used for off-shore projects which are depicted in distinguishable savings supporting reduced man hours and speedy actions to support PMT in meeting deadlines for the projects.
➢ Helped developing In-Kingdom vendor database for SCM operations covering Procurement / Sub-contracting & logistics partners to meet IKTVA targets.
➢ Managing vendors’ payments based on priority during Chapter 11 tenure and helping company’s plans by managing budget flow to emerge as a stronger and re-structed better EPCI globally.

‘Integrated Management System’ in line with project requirements; Keeping the crew well aware regarding any criticality & issue in parallel to Solution Providing approach; closing CARs. (Corrective Action Request)
