RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 Responsible for Supervising and controlling all plant operating parameters through DCS Based Automation. The production operation, monitor process parameters and correct the deviations and also responsible for optimizing process condition to get the desire yield and quality of the product & Operation & Monitor process parameters of Pump House.
 Trouble shooting with minimum loss of production and quality of product.
 Coordination with supervisor and process engineers for smooth operation.
 Coordination with service departments for preventive, shutdown and breakdown jobs.
 Safe handling of hazardous raw material and housekeeping of the plant.
 As safety committee members maintaining the overall plant safety and improvements.
 Cryogenic distillation column shutdown and smoothly startup.
 Shutdown troubleshooting & smooth startup from field & control panel.
 Making work permit, Making PR (Purchase request) in SAP, Making justification of purchase requisition.
 This is a project of Oxygen plant (Cryogenic). We developed the Automation part to the DCS Panels, Software with Program and SCADA. The logic part is developed for their Oxygen Plant. The CS3000 with IO configuration. CS3000 (FCS0101) is used to develop the program.
i) Develop the Program & SCADA.
ii) Commissioning the whole system & online modification.
iii) PT, FT, LT, CV, RTD100, PG & TG all instrument erection commissioning.

This is a project of Oxygen plant Capacity 140TPD (Cryogenic). We developed the Automation part to the DCS Panels, Software with Program and SCADA. The logic part is developed for their Oxygen Plant. We also developed their SCADA. The CS3000 with IO configuration. CS3000 (FCS0101) is used to develop the program. In here Siemens PLC & Touch panel also developed.
i) Develop the Program & SCADA. (Also involve in Electrical work & activities)
ii) Erection & Commissioning DCS Panel (Hardware & software) & P.C Console.
iii) PT, FT, LT, CV, RTD100, PG & TG all instrument erection commissioning.
iv) Commissioning the whole system & & online modification, Instrument & analyzer maintenance & calibration.
v) Doing Panel Operation in Oxygen Plant.

Working as a Project Engineer in Industrial Automation Sector. I am
familiar with Siemens’s PLC and of its software.
Client: - Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) under SAIL. Durgapur.
Project: - Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF).
Role: - Project Engineer and Commissioning Engineer.
This is a project of Basic Oxygen Furnace. We supplied the Automation part to the client including PLC Panels, Software with Program and SCADA. The logic part is developed for Compressor start & stop. We also developed their SCADA. The CPU is S7 314 CPU. SIMATIC MANAGER V 5.4 is used to develop the program. WINCC V6.0 is used for SCADA.
i) Develop the SCADA.
ii) Established the communication between main CPU and computers with profibus cable.
iii) Commissioning the whole system.
Client: - Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) under SAIL. Durgapur
Project: - Blast Furnace. (Presently going on)
Role: - Commissioning Engineer, Service Engineer.
This is a project of Blast Furnace. We supplied the Automation part to the client including PLC Panels, Software with Program and SCADA. The logic part is developed for their Stove, RMHS with Furnace Charging System. We also developed their SCADA. The CPU is S7 414 CPU with Remote IO configuration. SIMATIC MANAGER V 5.4 is used to develop the program. WINCC V6.0 is used for SCADA.
i) Develop the SCADA.
ii) Established the communication between main CPU and Remote I/O Panels with F.O cables.
iii) Erection & Commissioning PLC Panel & P.C Console.
iv) Commissioning the whole system

Project Title: Ultrasonic movement detector Introduction: You will find uses for this movement detector. Ultrasonic Movement Detector is built around a matched pair of ceramic transducers, which converts movement energy to electrical energy and vice-versa. The operating frequency of the pair is 40KHZ. Any movement in the scanned by the pair of transducers will detect n 6V pulse produced. In this kit the pulse turn of led. J1 pads are provided to take this pulse to add- on circuits where it may be turned on BUZZER, RELAY etc.
