* Maintaining and Administration Active Directory with Domain Controller
* Maintaining and Administration Exchange Server
* Maintaining and Administration VMware and Hyper V
* Lead the IT department's operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning
projects and allocating resources
* Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT
systems, including telecommunications, networking, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware,
software (Windows, AIX), peripherals and Office Automation equipment
* Negotiate and administer vendor, outsource and consultant contracts and service agreements
* Practice asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment
* Responsible for the management of IT Department and Computer Resources. Recommends new
products and technologies, which will be beneficial to the Organization's operation. Research, review
and evaluate new technologies as they emerge.
* Maintaining IT Infrastructure (Systems and Network), identifying IT related problems, resolving them
and keeping systems operational.
* Installing and configure Computer systems and software
* maintain the Hardware and Software Inventory for Head Office and Branches
* Co-ordination with suppliers for warranty, repair/replacement of parts and pending work
* Prepare weekly report, inventory report and send it to Director
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
* Responsible to design and execute new projects FOR Air Defense Sites
* Backup and restore strategies for Backup and disaster recovery planning.
* Recommend and specify the purchase of related products and services; keeps current regarding new
hardware/software products for system enhancements
* Ensure all Department policies and procedures are followed.
* Follows IT standards & defined processes and policies for workflow using a systematic approach, to
complete assigned tasks.
* Administration of Network Security.
* Perform regular Corporate Data Backup and maintain updated Backup logs.
* Perform routine check of networked resources
