Job Responsibilities:

•Implemented Sophos Firewall.
•Managing the Backups of all the devices placed in the data center.
•Dealing with the different vendors and following the SOA.
•Analyzing the requirement of different applications.
•Implementing IP/VPN connectivity to the outlet and branches.
•Installing and configuring different cisco routers.
•Installing IP/VPN Connectivity through the Layer 2 Technology - PEPLINK as the main Balance as BO router and the PEPWAVE as the store level Routers.
•Installing and configuring the cisco Switches both manageable and unmanageable.
•Maintaining Active directory of 50 users.
•Providing the needed support to the Domain users.
•Planning and implementing the surveillance camera in the stores.
•Maintaining the Video recording logs through the NVR.
•Creating a database for the RMS - Transight.
•Creating access policies to the application.
•Providing the reports to the respective departments.
•Customizing the crystal reports.
•Maintaining scheduled backup of the stores and the Transight HQ.
•Training the staff for the inventory entries.
•Analyzing the variances and submitting the reports to the concerned Departments.
•Providing training for ERP.
•Assisting the Integration of RMS and ERP.

•Maintaining the standards for server installations and applications.
•Scheduling and implementing routine maintenance tasks, updating disaster prevention programs, making sure that network backups are run and doing test restores to make sure that those restores are sound.
•Deciding what gets installed on the new computers and setting the user privileges by creating access policies.
