Safety Management System (SMS) Implementation:
Manage and Oversight the SMS within GACA and with all the operators possess operating licenses. Verify the SMS Manuals for the compliance and implementation for all the operators. Oversee the implementation process and training program, coordinate to update the progress to higher management.
Incident/Accident Investigation Analysis:
Investigate and generate reports after an incident/accident under the air space or ground area of General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
Generate animation and sync the CVR (Cockpit Voice Recorders) with the real time animations.
Generate graphic representation of the incident/accident flight path for all the occurrences.
Flight Data Recorder Lab (FDR/CVR):
Maintenance and technical support to the Flight Data Recorders lab
Automation System Project:
Implement and install application software provided by Askin Team in automation of all the procedures for GACA Aviation Standards Department, Aviation Procedures and Manuals Department, Inspections, Investigations, Aerodrome Safety & Standards Department and Air Navigation Safety Department.
Develop and Maintain the Software System procedure’s documentations.
Software application training to the users and provide technical support.
Aviation Quality Database (AQD):
Implement Aviation Quality Database as incident/accident reporting system, customize and integrate all the existing forms. User training and provide technical support. Coordinate with Information Technology Department for technical support and computer hardware requirements.
Safety Management System (SMS) Project:
SMS awareness campaign, train all the Airlines operational Divisions, coordinate and conduct meeting for gap analysis, Plan and monitor the implementation progress, update all the reports to the higher management.
IOSA Aditor
Manage and Plan the Audit year calendar. Internal Audit the departments and collect the results. Coordinate with Auditee for Causal Factors, publish the corrective actions and recommendations. Follow-up on upcoming audits, pending actions and recommendations.
Coordinate with all operational divisions for gap analysis in preparation to the external Audit. Coordinate with external Auditors, execute the ISOA Audit for all operational divisions.
Coordinate and manage the Auditor Training and recurrent trainings.
Application Development:
Safety Inspections application:
Developed and implemented this application which has features like automated reports by date, one click trend analysis, pending follow-up. This application is implemented in Flight Safety, Cabin Safety and Ground Safety.
Accident / Incident events Reporting System Application:
This application is for event reporting system which has features like automated reports, Trend Analysis, and risk analysis which covers IOSA ORG 3.2 ORG 3.3. This application is developed in MS-Access platform and in process of migration to MS-.Net web application.
IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit)
Major roll in implementing and compliance to the IOSA Audit, I was one the member during IOSA External Audit conducted by IATA.
Project Management:
As project lead managing three projects namely:
1. Aviation Quality Database (AQD) by Super Structure Limited, an Safety reporting and audit database approved by IATA.
2. Flight Data Monitoring Application: providers namely SAFRAN (AGS), Teledyne Airfase, Aerobytes.
3. Document Management System by Laserfiche company
1) Installations and maintenance of Windows Servers, Client Management, Data storage management, Exchange Server Management, Back and Recover of Data.
2) Planning and designing of large Networks covering Structured Cabling of MDF (Main Distribution Frame) IDF (Internal Distribution Frame), Commercial Networking, Office Compounds for LAN and WAN. Handling the projects and acceptance by confirming the Standards.
3) Design, implement and maintain SQL DataBase Servers, Web applications using Microsoft .Net Frame works. Installation of Software and Hardware, configuring and maintenance of Servers of IBM, COMPAQ, & DELL for large networks and users. Administrating Windows NT LANs and physical layer with sophisticated problems. Maintenance, Configuring of Jistel Corp. Telephone Exchange of 5000 telephone Numbers including wiring, connecting telephones, transferring and maintenance. Installing Configuring and Maintaining high speed data modems (Digital and Analog). Check and test Tel. leased and Dial-up Lines used by high-speed modems.
4) Configuring & Maintenance of Mainframe Controllers like IBM 3174, Telex 1174, 274, connected via Analog Modem Multiplexers (rack module and table top). Make routine preventive maintenance and backup to all the SLDC / ALCS Controllers including Line Printers such as Telex 1234, 187, IBM 4224, Genicom and Alis. Configure and install IBM (3174) and TELEX (1174) Controllers to link Mainframe. Coordinate and test leased line and fiber optics cables with STC and Companies. Installation, relocation and trouble-shooting data terminals and data links.
5) Connecting new PC’s to existing LAN, configuring IP Address and installing Mainframe software (IBM Personal Communicator) and confirming
routing via Gateway Controllers. Relocate and install Travel Agencies linked to mainframe via Leased lines and terminals.

IATA Operations Safety Audit (IOSA) Auditor Course provided by AQS (IATA Certified).
Safety Management Systems (SMS) Train the Trainer Course provided by SH&E ( IATA & Flight Safety Foundation Certified).
This certification is for Flight Data Analysis to comply with IATA FOQA standards.
