1. Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources, such as team members, which will then be submitted to management for approval.
2. Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.
3. Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop
a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
4. Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making
summary reports that will be presented to the organization’s management team.
5. Initiate project tracking and reporting system.
6. Support on project reporting and benefits tracking.
7. Collects task status from activity owners, updates/analyses project schedules, and
reports status/issues to Managers.
8. Maintain the "master" copy of the project schedules, as well as archive copies.
9. Create, maintain & distribute routine PMO reports, include status reports and update
Gantt charts.
10. Quality control and final review for project close-out files
11. Consolidate and issue the internal weekly and monthly reports in coordination with
the project stakeholders.
12. Develop the deliverables, task lists and plans according to Project meetings, planning
and priorities.
13. Participate in meetings (i.e., program review meetings, progress meetings,
coordination meetings, constructability review meetings, etc.) and manage all communications regarding project planning activities. Provide efficient and accurate feedback to the Team and Preparing the minutes of meetings.
14. Liaise, communicate and follow up on all the deliverables and actions requested to all the subsystems and other departments.
15. Participate in Monthly Project Review, critical project review and preparing Monthly Project Report and the interface with consortium’s PMO office.
16. Keep track of the baseline program verses the earned & the actual work, based on CPI and SPI methods.
17. Coordinates communications, time management, calendar management, change management and issue management efforts as assigned by the Project Director.
