In this project basically 33kV Statcom at AL-AYS 110/33kV S/S Two (2) nos. of Mobile Container type Statcoms with
each rating of +20MVAr (capacitive) to -20MVAr (Inductive) with 20% overload capability on continuous rating for 2
seconds at the 33kV bus of existing AL-AYS 110/33kV Substation projects developed by Saudi Electricity Company
Hanakia Madeena, Khyber Madeena, Al-Ays Yanbu & Al-Mowayah Taif total cost of four projects is 168Million SAR.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists; hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and
laborers and coordinate their schedules
• Visit sites regularly during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress visits, punch
walks, and closeouts and attend status and coordination meetings
• Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, ensuring
that the work environment is acceptable and that tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Maintain and update SOW and preconstruction documents, and meet contract obligations by developing
relationships with reliable contractors and vendors
• Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruption
• Review all products and its service before procurement to ensure conformance to specified requirements.
• Ensure procurement control through source evaluation and specific requirement against the supplier and
project specification.
• Manage worksites for new-construction as well as remodeling projects, coordinating activities and ensuring that
all work is in sync with project goals and objectives
• Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that
quality standards are being met
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and others working on a project
• Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources
• Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues
• Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements. communicate with any
consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project deal with
any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
The Project Included scope include to Transmission line approximate route length of OHTL is 176 km, from Afif to
Dawadmi construction of Projects scope of works includes Construction of One (1) 380kV double circuit Overhead
transmission line between New Afif BSP (9081) Dawadmi BSP (9037).
OHTL installation of new tower up to 65-80m height and piling foundations work area Central Province of Saudi
Arabia projects develop by Saudi Electricity Company 252Million SAR or (USD 67.2million).
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to
schedule, specifications and budget.
• Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates & Planning and preparing construction schedules
and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects,
consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors, Developing and implementing quality control programs
• Representing your company on matters such as business services and union contracts negotiation
• Preparing progress reports and issuing progress schedules to clients
• Directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
• Hiring and supervising the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff

This project mainly belongs to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Housing Project Eastern Region Dammam Riyadh
Road more than 1500+ villas approx. Project value 700Million SAR.
• In this project major work for Ministry of housing project villas makes new building more than 1200-1500
housing especially work for surveying, soil testing, excavation, compaction, FDT test, sub-structure and
super structure works as well all types of architectural finishing works like as a (plastering, tiling, painting,
doors & windows wooden framing works, gypsum pop false ceiling, car parking shed, fence work,
interlock work with all types of architectural design works.)
• Competent in conflict and crisis management Leadership and human resources excellent time and project
management skills. Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from
start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget Risk assessment/management,

This Projects involves and belongs to residential villa, commercial, mosque & real estate houses constructions in
Eastern Region Dammam AL-Qatif Saudi Arabia Project value approximate 225Million SAR.
• In this project major works for villas, mosque, fencing, swimming pools, underground villas, doors & windows
design sub-structure and super structure works also lots of finishing architectural design work.
• Plotting line level on construction site, preparing work chart schedule, checking steel work of slab, beam, &
Column before concreting, checking & arranging equipment before concreting work starts, supervision of the
curing process, keeping note of each and every casting work. Interpretation of drawing, preparing bar bending
schedule quantity of material calculating (BBS, QS).
Project: Centurion Park Noida Sector-71, G+20 Floors High Rise Building
Client: Noida Urban Development
This projects scope of work mainly belongs to High residential flat & commercial building constructions in Delhi-NCR
developing Gaur City Sec-71 project value approximate 400Million INR.
• In this project major works for high rise building works G+20, all types of sub-structure and super
structure works also lots of finishing architectural design work.
• Verifying plans, designs/drawings as well as quantities for accurateness of computations. Solving technical
problems with organization’s representatives, providers, sub-contractors as well as relevant authorities.
• Contacting with the local authority to make sure obedience with local construction rules & regulations.
• Monitoring the quality as per procedure’s business plans, security plans as well as review and trial programs, the
entire Daily administration of the site, comprising supervision and observing the site
