As a Welfare Officer i take care of all the grievances received from employees during welfare forum meeting, bring them to the management attention and provide viable sollution.Engage with employees by developing educational program, organising tournaments - indoor and outdoor.
Ensure clients' welfare standard is complied with and ensure close out of all non compliance highlighted during audit.
As HR personnel i process settlements of the employees viz emergency leave, annual leave settlement, resignation, termination etc. I also carry out exit interview to understand the reason for employees' decision to resign and retain the employee, if possible.I also carry out detailed investigation of employees reported indiscipline, prepare report and give suggestions of possible action against the reported employee.
I am having fair knowledge of SAP.
Execute HR monthly training program by organising, coordinating with trainer and trainee, act as moderator in such trainings and compile a comprehensive report of such trainings for record.
• Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor expenses, and processing payroll and other expenses.
• Conceptualizing effective measures/modifications in the operating procedures to optimize resources.
• Designing spreadsheets, slide shows, presentations, charts, graphs, and other documentation as needed
• Preparing Company literature, documentation, expense report, presentation, and any press release
• Keeping track and checking the statutory documents for contracts.
• Liaise between senior management, customers, colleagues, and vendors to streamline flow of information
• Management of programs under Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Managing day to day operation of office administration
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
• Coordinating meetings, events and conference calls including the hiring of catering services and arrangement of meeting space.
• Helping in devising the training programs by preparing the training calendar for the employees, preparation of training manuals, sheets and finally judging the effectiveness of the training program.
• Collecting, storing, and filing documents and cascading information to the stake holders.
• Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and maintained properly.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meeting, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
• Ensuring compliance of Labor Law & Client’s Workers Welfare Standards pertaining to Accommodation
• Carry out routine audit of the entire Accommodation
• Leading the client audit team during Accommodation audit
• Leading team from International Labor Organization and Building and Wood Worker's International during audit of the Accommodation
• Ensure healthy and safe environment for the residents
• Coordinate with caterer and ensure availability of quality food for the residents
• Managing Housekeeping, Catering, and other service providers & vendors
• Managing and organizing functions & events
