 Coordinate the work of different sections ie, Machining section, Assembly section, Polish section, Upholstery section and Steel fabrication.
 Check work as regard quantity and quality.
 Order, compare and purchase required raw materials as per factory and project requirements.

Listing out all the required materials for the project, classified the material as Provisional sum, Provisional cost, sub-contractor and in-house items, sending queries and make sure the quotations received are inline and matching with the project specification or client’s requirements and accordingly forward the appropriate supplier / sub-contractor to Procurement Department.

Preparing Method of statements and Inspection and Test Plans.

Coordinating with Procurement Department to ensure the Work Order / LPO are issued on time and coordinate with the Sub-contractor / Supplier / In-house representative to ensure the materials / shop drawing submittals, Production, delivery and installations are on track and in line with the approved programme of works.

Ensure that all the material required for the project are available, prepare the material budget, quantity take off sheets and raise the material requisition if required.

Ensure the number of labor required to produce the planned quantity per day is available and ready.

Ensure all machines are in good condition.

Review the site survey, ensure the shop drawings adjusted accordingly prior to production, issue cutting lists accordingly.

Preparing production schedule, updating the same on daily basis and confirm the production is on right track as per the approved programme.

Ensure the produced items are clean, free from defects and packed properly prior to delivery and coordinating with Site Engineer / Project in-charge to ensure the delivered materials are stored / installed properly and as per the approved method of statements & ITP.

Carrying out site supervision and site co‐ordination as and when required.

Coordinating with Client’s representative to raise and approve inspection request for the completed works.

Thoroughly checking work progress at site, update the target programme, prepare weekly / monthly reports & preparing invoice accordingly.

Active involvement in ISO audit, BM Trada audit and Internal quality audits.
