Working as a lead blasting and painting/coating supervisor.
Controlling 5 supervisor and foreman together with 70 crew members.
Planning job schedule and assign to painting crew.
Conduct all installations.
Documentation of all reports.
Prepare coating report.
Controlling quality as per specification.
Office supply / tool room section administrative assistant:
Duties:
•Responsible for 100% inventory of office supplies and tools.
•Receive and sort incoming materials.
•Store incoming materials in orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, supply room or other places.
•Process incoming requisition and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage.
•Maintain records of orders and quantity, type and location of tools and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory system.
•Prepare reports.
Data Management: Working on Tally 9.0 developed by Tally Solutions FZ-LLC, 1988-2006.
•Generate requisition for purchase order.
•Generate new store room.
•Add items to store room.
•Enter and modify order unit, issue unit.
•Receive materials under purchase order.
•Transfer items to another store room, location or bin.
•Adjust and reconciliation after physical inventory.
Other duties:
•Assisting in assembling materials.
•Proper supervision at the time of loading finished goods in containers.
•Collection of required parts from store for fork lifters.
•Gathering parts from store and providing to technicians.
•After inspection making report for damage and defective parts.
•Entering receipt, payment, purchase, sales data etc in computers by Tally 9.0 accounting software.
•Communicate the labor related problems to top management and advice the proper solution.
•Always maintain housekeeping good.
•Responsible for low productivity and try to obtain maximum production from workers.
•Check quality of materials.
