• Implementation of the Strategies at the Field Level and Continuously Monitoring Results.
• Training and Supporting Field Personnel to Translate Strategies into Actions.
• Delegating the Sales Target to Our Subordinate and Achieve The Given Targets.
• Ensure effective planning and preparation of all sales, stock takes and promotional activities, communicate plans and delegate specific responsibilities and deadlines for the implementation with team to ensure all relevant information is understood and follow through to completion.
• Developing and Implementing Marketing and Sales Promotions Activities.
• Analyzing Market Trends & Creating Winning Strategies.
• Making the Monthly Scheme For Customer To Increase The Sales.
