Business Continuity Management:
1. Part of a team of BCM-risk management professionals who work with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities in country.
2. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the business continuity management training and guide in all level of the organization.
3. Continuity planning and event management, development and facilitation of DHL Global Forwarding organization wide event exercise, relationship management with external vendors, development of corporate policy, standards and guidelines in relation to BCM.

Health & Safety:
1. Carry out risk assessment and consider how risks could be reduced.
2. Identify safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards.
3. Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
4. Ensure working practices are safe and comply with legislation.
5. Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal procedures.
6. Lead in-house training for all level managers and employee pertaining to health and safety issues and risks.
7. Keep records of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements.
8. Record incidents and accidents and produce statics for Country and Regional Management.
9. Produce schedule management Reports.
10. Manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances, in DGF office and warehouses.
