Duties/Responsibilities: - Safety management in Holcim Bangladesh new (construction & mechanical) project- "Project Bistaar".
- Coordinator for implementation of applicable Fatality Prevention Element (FPE): Working at height, Isolation & lockout, Vehicle & Traffic Safety, Electrical Safety, Machine Guarding, Confined Space, Hot Work, Digging & Excavation, Lifting & Supporting Loads, Working near water, Stockpile etc.
- Implementation of Holcim policies, standards, Code of Practices and guidelines.
- Prepare SOP's/Guidelines/Procedures etc.
- Arranging all required technical standards for all safety equipment such as Scaffolding, PPE's etc.
- Compliance and Monitoring of Legal requirements & Cardinal Rules.
- Compliance of Bangladesh Factories Rules, Labor Law & Environment Conservation Rules.
- Guidance, Monitoring and Implementation of OHS Pyramid Blocks.
- Implementation of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
- Implementation of Contractor Safety Management Directive.
- Organizing Monthly Department OHS Meeting and review monthly OHS Performance.
- Daily inspection, Safety Observation Tour (SOT), Task Observation /Planned inspection, Work Permit & JSA implementation & establishing Consequence Management System (CMS).
- Review of various report generated in Trilogy & arrange required action plan with accountability & timeline.
- Reporting, Recording, Analyzing of all incidents and investigation reporting as per Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) & preparation of various monthly reports & GMR.
- Collecting all incident alerts from group OpCo's & making action plan based on lesson learning & sharing with all level to prevent occurrence in HBL.
- Review & update of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control (HIRAC).
- Execution of various safety training based on job requirement and the operational needs as well as competency assessment.
- Health & hygiene monitoring & management.
- OH&S Internal & External Audit: Arrangement & Conduction of Pyramid and FPE (Level 1 & Level 2) audit in HBL & Other OpCo's of Holcim Group.
- Arrangement of all required safety posters, signage & placement in all areas.
Total Project Safety Management -(Erection, Commissioning)

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Daily Monitoring and laboratory analysis of Galvanizing Process Control Operation.
• Supporting the implementation of Safety policies and procedures.
• Evaluating the company's product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
• Execution of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
• Investigating the accidents to identify causes and to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
• Review & update of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Control (HIRAC).
• Investigating the adequacy of ventilation, exhaust equipment, lighting and other conditions that could affect employee health, comfort or performance.
• Following up and maintaining hygiene programs such as noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring and ventilation surveys.
• Monitoring applying the rules and procedures of storing and handling the hazardous materials based on the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Inspecting and evaluating workplace environments, equipment and practices, in order to ensure the compliance with safety standards and governmental regulations.
• Providing new-employee health and safety orientations and developing materials for these presentations.
• Conducting safety training based on the work’s requirements and the operational needs.
• Overseeing the personnel’s adherence to the safety instructions and the usage of the needed safety equipment, tools, etc.
• Distributing the safety materials/ equipments to the concerned entities.
• Ordering, developing and posting all the safety signs and precautions
• Performing continuously inspection visits to ensure commitment of all employees to safety policies and procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe execution of work within facility as PTW coordinator, Area Controller & Site Checker by monitoring contractors day to day work scope.
• Risk Assessment, HAZOP, PHA, SIL, HAZID, HAZAN, FOSM, RCA, FTA, FMEA, ECA, EIA, MSW, CHESM, II&R, Project HES Management, MOC and many more.
• Playing on-site role as HES in Conducting CHESM, ESHIA, MSW & Field Engagement audit & Review KPI of contractors & Conduct safety inspections as well.
• Prepare & Check various HA, checklist, JSA and PTW documents.
• Identify unsafe act and condition, unsafe practices on site & follow-up action items.
• Provide general field guidance on the company HES Standard Procedures e.g. Permit to Work (HW, CSE, IHE, Exca, W@H, L & R etc.)
• Work with Senior HES personnel in incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and support implementation of corrective actions & communication of lessons learn.
• Develop training packages for in house training and Deliver fit for purpose training to contractor personnel.
• HES data Management e.g. CHESM audit, CHESM IR, KPI, Leadership Field audit/ engagement, ESHIA & Develop daily, weekly and monthly HES report.
• Work with EPCM & managing subcontractors (daily average POB 1200).
• Conduct HES inspections/audits.
