Prepare All Daily Reports and Discuss with Prod Manager regarding Corrective Actions to increase Operations Optimization. (Production Report, Cycle Time (CT) Report, Material & Crusher Reports, Inventory Documents)

Prepared the Monthly Reports for Production Management and the Performance Evaluation.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of a production area or process.

Create and suggest Proposals to Increase Production Capacity & Cost Reduction and making action plan for it
Organize meetings with other team members to facilitate growth.

Supervise and manage production operations to ensure achievement of production plans to the required quality and safety standards.

Following up the Product Quality for All Running Machines and Make Corrective actions in case of any problems.

Following up the Orders Balance for Production Working orders from ERP System (AL-Ameen)

Checking Material Availability (carton, poly bag plastic, master patch, tape, sticker, sticker for general information, pallet) for All Running Orders and Receive it from Material control Supervisor by Material Control Report.

Arranged All New Orders and Fix its Molds on Machine According Prod Manager Plan.
