Equipment, Package Units, In-Row Cooling system, CRAC Units, Fans, Kitchen
Hoods, Chilled water Pumps, Installation of Ducts, Dampers and Chilled water
Piping.
Coordination with other Engineering Trades / Contractors & Subcontractors

Duties & Responsibility
• Responsible for the Installation and execution of CHILLERS (Trane 200 x 4 nos), AHUS,
FCUS and VENTILATION SYSTEM.
• Installation and Execution of DX system, VRF, and split units.
• Installation of Fresh Air Duct, Supply Air Duct and Exhaust Air ducts.

• Installation and Execution of Fire Protection system (Fire Pumps, Fire Hydrants, FHC,
FM200).
• Installation and Execution of Fire Protection Sprinkler according to NFPA-13.
• Installation and Execution Domestic water pumps, Booster pumps, submersible pumps.
• Installation of Chilled water pipes.
• Preparing submittals for materials approval as per project specifications and
coordinatewith consultant for approvals.
• Perform hydrostatic tests for water distribution system and fire protection system as
outlined in project specifications, as per approved method of statements.
• Submit Inspection Requests to Consultant to verify the site installations as per approved
drawings, procedures.
• Perform Testing and Commissioning for all the Mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire
Protection and Plumbing).
• Perform smoke tests and light test for HVAC ducts prior to final acceptable asper
SMACNA.
• Submit shop drawings to consultant and follow up for approvals.
• Daily site visit during the progress of work, ensuring that each definable feature of work is
in compliance with the approved shop drawings, MST, specifications.
• Preparation of monthly invoices as per the actual work progress on site and BOQ.
• Coordinate with supplier, prepare Operation and maintenance manuals, and submit to
consultant for approval.
Daily visit in the site to ensure that the quality of work is in compliance with contract
requirements, good construction practice is in effect, only approved materials are used
and compliance with the approved shop drawings andspecifications.
• Coordinating and delegating instructions to site supervisor so that all the materials supplied
and installed must be inspected, and all work performed are incompliance with the
specifications, approved drawings.
• To perform hydrostatic pressure tests for plumbing and fire protection system.
• Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines/trades has been carried out
through meeting.
• Participate and conduct weekly coordination meetings with consultant,
Constructionteam.
• Perform and verify that testing requirements are in full compliance with the
specificationand MST.
