Supporting Sub-award Management: Orient sub-award policy and guidelines to Partner, finalize partner budget in line with donor budget, draft Sub-grant Agreement, ensures timely spending, arrange adjustment of advance, maintain updated Sub-Grant MIS, established sub-grant tracking system, coordinate with Partners, ensure timely fund disbursement to PNGOs and timely adjustment.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure guidelines and policies are available and in practice, Orient compliance requirements to CARE and its partner, manage environmental compliance, branding rules, government rules on VAT & Tax with USAID VAT coupon, manage NGOAB compliance, prepare FD6, ensure USAID rules 2 sub part 200, 700, etc, respond to queries on donor and sub grant compliance issues, ensure internal control, risk management and fraud prevention, ensure cash transfer guideline and tools are followed properly.
Capacity building: Performance management of supervisees, ensure development plan are achieved, plan need base training and orientation of partner staff, assess partner capacity and risk, follow up on the reported weakness of the partners, keep staff abreast with program and contractual obligations and approaches, involvement of NGOs management and program team for capacity building.

Facilitation of Audit: Work as program focal in single audit and CARE internal audit, manage ADS 591 audit, ensure documents availability for audit, meet the queries of external and internal auditors by providing information related to end-use check, program audit and monetization audit, work with supervisor/team in performing follow up action of final audit comments, conduct NGOAB audit and timely submission report etc.
