Roles & Responsibilities:
• Spearheading all aspects of HR Shared Services and HR Operations right from Talent Sourcing & Acquisition till Exit Management with key responsibilities as:
o Workforce Management:
 Managing over 500 HSBCs Digital Testing Employees & Contractors spread across geographies (India, China, United Kingdom, Poland, Mexico, Canada & France)
 Working on Pioneer (Internal Resource Management Tool) for resource forecasting & allocation
 Conducting weekly audits on timecard data and syncing up the correct BP entries with Pioneer
 Preparing N-3 Dashboard for senior leadership at QA India Level
 Point of contact for all staff & contractors regarding India HR & Operations matters
 Acting as a SPOC for employees and vendors regarding all operational management work
 Liaising with IT Project Managers, Senior Managers to ensure all the contractors and employee data are accurately updated in terms of project, current billing code & other essential details
o Data Management / HR Analytics:
 Managing HR Data Entry Department to ensure that reporting of data is consistent and serves HR objectives
 Updating & maintaining employees’ & contractor’s data in internal ERP and tracking resources’ movement across projects/ locations; monitoring human resource allocation for new project, project tagging and project de-tagging
 Creating and sharing several reports like Demand Management Information Reports, specific MI Reports & many more with the respective stakeholders
 Raising RRs (Resource Requisition) in the ERP system for replacement and new hires
 Independently identifying and evangelizing opportunities for improved analysis and efficiency through better data and analytics practices
 Analyzing & extracting meaningful insights from complex data; applying business, statistical, predictive, prescriptive modelling expertise to identify underlying trends
 Interpreting results, present findings and recommending alternative solutions to Research Management and Business Decision-Makers
o Vendor Management:
 Maintaining data for all the active Global Service and Non-Global Service Vendors and Contractors; tracking contract start and end date; raising contract renewal requests; initiating clearance process in case of contractor resignation
o Timecard / Leave Management:
 Managing employees and contractor’s timecards across locations (India, China, United Kingdom, Poland, Mexico, Canada and France); ensuring zero exception in weekly NC report; submitting and approving timecards
 Conducting fortnightly audits of leaves for all India Digital Testing Resources, both staff and contractors
 Ensuring that the leaves applied by the resources are synced up and approved in both the systems (GMIS - Employee Service Portal and Clarity - Timecard Management System)
• Completing all requisite joining formalities in the HRM ERP; conducting new hire orientations and tracking employee performance
• Liaising with globally distributed teams at clients’ locations to ensure excellent service delivery as per SLA / SOPs
• Creating an environment and culture of knowledge sharing through measures such as knowledge repository and knowledge bytes (a weekly email initiative with input on best practices, tools & technologies)
• Proposing contingent staffing solutions to optimize resources and beat seasonality of business.
• Participating in quantitative risk assessment & management projects for process enhancement
