• Developing and implementing project health & safety plan and supporting the
achievement of the company HSE policies and business objectives.
• Providing a comprehensive day to day divisional health, safety and security service to
support construction activities.
• Ensuring plant, equipment, and heavy vehicles inspection, training, and records for
construction activities.
• Implementing comprehensive audit plan and conducts Heath, and Safety audits.
• Ensuring personnel training and corrective action follow-up is completed.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable local legislation and standards governing
environmental health and safety.
• Developing and implementing accident investigation, data analysis, and recurrence
prevention programs and procedures.
• Interface with consultant, members and institutional staff to formulate corrective
actions.
• Conducting monthly safety audit of site and preparing site HSE evaluation \{Audit)
Report.
• Proficient in using ENABLON, Microsoft Office, Windows.
• Evaluating hazardous conditions and recommending engineering controls,
administrative controls / and or personal protective equipment.
• Ensuring that all new employees or operatives working with Project received Safety.

Role & Responsibilities
• Providing site leadership and drive in coordination with safety team to implement
HSE standards.
• Understand the H.S.E. requirements of the Project and Local laws and ensure they
are complied with.
• Institute proper investigation and reporting methods.
• The planning of Inspection and monitoring activities.
• Assignment of personnel and the initial review of reports and documentation.
• Assisting in the formulation of project specific H.S.E. Plans.
• Assist the Area H.S.E. Manager in the formulation and review of documents and
procedures inclusive of Hazard Identification Plans, Emergency Response Plans,
Work Instructions, and other documents that may be required to ensure a Safe and
Healthy Work Environment.
• Preparing / reviewing SAPMT / LPD deliverables for client as required.
• Preparing and submitting weekly, monthly reports to client.
• Ensuring and follow up to timely closeout of all corrective actions required by client
and site management.
• Coordinating and responsible for implementation of Saudi Aramco Environmental
Health Codes \{SAEHC), relevant General Instructions \{GIs), Saudi Aramco
Engineering Standards \{SAES) and General Authority of Meteorology &
Environmental Protection \{GAMEP) on project sites & communal camps, also assist
Environmental Protection Department \{EPD) for scheduled communal camp audits.
• Coordinating and implementation of waste management plan for proper collection
and storage of waste generated on site & communal camps and safe disposal as per
Saudi Aramco contractual requirements.
• Coordinating and implementing the General instruction \{G.I. 430.001-
Implementing the Saudi Aramco Hazardous Waste Codes).

• Report to and assist Corporate HSE Manager in the overall management of Health and
Safety.
• Supervises all HSE team on-site and provides HSE leadership to workers on site.
• Conducts Incident/Accident Investigations on site together with site HSE Manager.
• Submit Incident / Accident Reports to Site HSE Manager on a timely basis.
• Responsible for the daily routine inspections and monitoring of compliance of the
workforce with the safety rules and regulations on the project with the primary
function of supporting/assisting safety officers assigned under his supervision.
• Coordinated with site ERT to timely respond site emergencies including Fire, Rescue,
Gas release, and First Aid / Medical cases.

• Responding to all kind of emergencies including fire, rescue, first aid, medical,
confined space etc.
• Managing fire team at fire station.
• Inspecting firefighting equipment and appliances,
• Monthly inspection of Fire Extinguishers, hydrants, smoke detectors, fire alarm.
• Conducting emergencies drills at site.
• Ensure all fire and rescue equipment in clean and tidy state.
• Assist field teams in the implementation of key stages in field-level Risk
Assessment and Safety and Disaster Risk Reduction Project activities
identification.
• Regular monitoring of field activities.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports for all activities.
• Analyze the collected field data and develop a final report of Risk Assessment.
• Responsible for the capacity building of staff about Fire Safety & Rescue
procedures on nationally recognized levels.
