DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 To coordinate to the Bank staff and Managers in connection to the application of L/C’s
(Letter of Credits) namely usance L/C, back-to-back L/C, sight L/C, any required
amendment, negotiation of documents and discounting the L/C.
 To coordinate with the bank staff with all matters in relation to the company accounts
and facilities, all banking transactions both local and international, and make sure that
all documents are updated as per bank regulation and policy.
 To coordinate with the head office regarding the import/export documentation and
update of transactions either suppliers or clients and make sure that all procedures
are done efficiently and accurately.
 To coordinate with the shipping companies regarding the shipment of goods
purchased including the quantity and quality inspection and all other local and
international documentation as per regulatory rules and procedures.
 To coordinate with both the suppliers and customers and provide excellent customer
service by making certain that all their requirements and concerns are met highly
satisfactorily and accurately within the specified timeline.
 To process the visa(s) for the company guest(s), hotel bookings, package tours and
all other matters related to their travel/vacation and provide excellent service to meet
and exceed their expectations.
 To deal with the Department of Economic Development (DED), Chamber of
Commerce and Dubai Court regarding the renewal of company’s trade license and
commercial registers and amendments on company agreement and partners’ shares
of stocks.
 To monitor the company accounts and the personal accounts and credit cards of
other partners of the company. Making sure that all their accounts and credit cards,
both online and offline are updated very timely and in compliance with the UAE bank
policies.
 Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 To coordinate to Electrical Supervisor in daily maintenance activities.
 To coordinate to Electrical Supervisor for the machine improvement and control
modification.
 To monitor Electrical machine activities using computer at ALSPA 8035.
 To do troubleshooting in my shift.
 To work with electrician in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of production
equipment.
 To ensure that the stand - by power supply (Generator) is always in good condition.
 To monitor Main Switchboard Current and Voltage
 To monitor and maintain Air Compressor, utilities, boiler and Overhead cranes.
 To monitor and maintain electrical power and equipment lighting system in PUYAT
STEEL CORPORATION - EDSA Plant.
 To stand on-call anytime on any day in support to production and other department.
 Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate superior.
 To follow the implementation of 5S program as well as the safety program in the
working area.
 To do proper housekeeping in my workplace.
 To ensure that the PUYAT STEEL CORPORATION Quality Policy and Procedures
are properly executed and followed.
