Supervising the day to day operational functions of the Bank
• Approving customer and bank transactions within authority limits
• Supervising, coaching, and developing staff regarding service expectations, policies,
• Preparing Teller and PBRs performance appraisals and disciplinary notices as needed.
• Maintain staff schedules to provide adequate coverage at all times.

• Proactively seeking out commercial opportunities and partnerships.
• Promoting and selling additional applications and services to clients.
• Providing realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
• Ensuring customer compliance with all agreements.
