Planning routs so that guard can be at location on time as per shift change .
Arranging and managing the work of drivers and making sure the work is done and accomplished as per their specified schedules
Observe the driver's progress and being their first point of contact
Make follow ups on complains made by guards
Finding out if drivers are driving safely and following RTA laws
Driving guards to and from work on time as per their work schedules
Doing a routine check up on the vehicles every morning before setting off
keeping the vehicle clean and serviced on time
Making sure that all guards reach work on time and at their given location
Making sure that all guards are clean and have all the tools needed
Planning guards day off and replacement including break time
Making reports and updating the OPS and location Manager on the situation at the given location
Making sure that all rules are followed by the guards
Responding quickly in case of any emergence
Always thinking ahead and being updated so that I don't panic in any situation.
Securing premises and personnel by patrolling the property
Monitoring surveillance cameras in the building
inspecting the premises, equipment and access points
Permitting entry to authorized people in the building
Obtaining help by sounding alarms in any emergencies
Preventing losses and damage by reporting any irregularities
informing violators of building policy and procedures
Restraining trespassers.
Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications
Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
Unload goods as per client specifications
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
