Leading supervision team for nominated mega project ( Monorail new capital )
Responsible for bidding, leading the company team, planning and site supervision .
Main Tasks as follows:-
•In charge of all contractual, administrative, financial issues and reports in co-ordination with the site team, Contractors/ Sub-contractors/ Suppliers and any other parties.
•Bid preparation process and Performs a technical review of the Civil Engineering components of final tender documents for completeness and accuracy and Study tenders and pricing for detailed items
•Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule and ensuring that the agreements with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous also identify and analyze economic developments in the market.
•Assess the quotations submitted and selecting the bidders with which the commercial/financial negotiations are conducted.
•Intervenes, analyzes, manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the sub-contractors/ vendors / suppliers.
•Assist in claims preparation
•Assist issuing Project financial reports and cost updates
•Prepares monthly/bi-monthly invoices to the Employer / Consultant and Sub-contractors.
•Measurements and Payments for Suppliers/Contractors and monthly forecast for controlling.
•Tenders Cost estimate, Projects Cost Analysis, issue and review cost/budget expenditure and report .
•Monitor and maintain control for all costs, man-hours, materials, quantities for all activities of the project and provide advice/assistance to change management process.
