BT is the prime IT Business contact, it engaged with the responsibility of monitoring the implementation, development, enhancement, upgrade, customization, deployment, test and support activities of STC computerized systems.
Besides monitoring and advisory services, BT may share or produce the creation of business requirements, analysis, solution design, RFPs and vendor selection as well. BT using latest technology tools to facilitate its job, better utilization and align with new technology.
My major achievement was to develop STC ERP strategy.
