The hotel consists of 276 hotel rooms classified to:
10 junior rooms / 12 deluxe rooms / 24 royal suites / 72 king rooms / 140 twin rooms /12 special rooms / 6 handicapped rooms.
THE MAIN ENTRANCE:
The ground floor contains the main reception/entrance hall/management offices / welcome bar to welcome the residents as soon as they arrive / parking assists (security) / stores / digital signage screens to show the hotel’s components / X-ray and a metal detector machine and bag examination.

Owner representative and personal consultant for finishing operations for 3 palaces in the Kempinski villas resort in first settlement - new Cairo as a revise has been done for skeleton and all finishing works ups for all buildings.

• Management for labor projects activities in accordance with agreements, contracts, designs and plans through coordination with proj. Managers.
• Preparing periodic technical reports, managing subordinates, developing their skills, developing procedures, ensuring occupational, public health and safety requirements.
• Evaluation of bids, preparing and reviewing the contracting documents necessary for the conclusion of implementation agreements or contracts for approval by the concerned authorities in coordination with the tech. office.
• Review project needs from human resources and prepare periodic evaluation reports for the entire project structure.
• Review scope of work and requirements of the project and identify equipment, resources, prepare plans, implementation programs, supervision of workers and their work and assess their efficiency in work
• Evaluate percentage of work carried out in the various implementation items.
• Review the implementation of the work with the time period for completion of the implementation schedule.
• Review contractor's' works (according to the contracting documents), ensure compliance with the specifications and codes of work, construction approved and implemented for the plans and approval by the concerned authorities without violations or excesses through coordination with projects managers in addition to coordination with specialized consultants and assistant to receive specialized work.

I really considered Mina my basic teacher during my work as the landlord's representative.
