Reviewing the BOM and resources, and introduce the alternative materials from the dead or slow

Job description:
Ensure that the final products meet the specified Asfour Crystal standards. Responsible for the final product inspection according to the CE, SASO and UL requirements. Conducting with outside inspection companies -3rd party- for some exported shipments. Reviewing the quality KPI target for the production departments with the plant team. Supervise, coaching and evaluating the quality supervisors & technicians for improving their qualifications cross over the 3 departments: Chassis, Electro plating & Final product assembly. Evaluating the quality check points to be adaptable and dynamic with the production lines requirements to ensure fast feedback data for high productivity with minimum rework & defect rate. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to quality aspect using the problem solving techniques. Ensuring that the necessary correction and corrective actions are taken and implemented effectively regarding to the root cause analysis of product defects with a multifunctional team. Reviewing the suppliers for the non-conformity of their provided components. Testing and examining certain components at external laboratories. Coordinating and dealing with the production, process, sales, logistic, purchasing, planning, Financial departments and warehouses. Developing the S.O.P of the customer complaint department according to data analysis results. Solving the customer complaints with fast response and effective containment action to keep the customer satisfied as possible. Studying and analyzing the recorded data and the gathered information of the customer complaints to reach to the root cause of problems occurrence. Responsible for the continuous improvement for either the production processes as technicality or managerial procedures between the departments processes with a team from the concerned departments depending on the product defects and customer complaints data studies results. Assist in the development of product quality standards & make recommendation to apply this for new or existing products.

Establishing a production department for testing the new production lines and the modified under a fully supervision to ensure following the instruction to get the expected results as designed. Creating a SOP & the documentation flow chart for the ideas management, evaluations and implementation with a team from the concerned departments and the R&D sector. Modifications which related to: productivity, quality, cost reduction, decreasing the lines breakdown, labor utilization, layout, …etc. are categorized, ranked, merged and redesigned as projects to be manageable and under control. Execution of all EHS policies and procedures and ensure compliance and proper implementation in the department. Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently according the Design of Experiments (DOE) procedure. Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time Review the BOM for actual manufacturing process. Control the material deviation to maintain the normal consumption standards for smooth production flow. Follow product specifications and quality control measures Implement quality control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantees desired results Implement Lean Manufacturing procedures to enhance production efficiency. Ensure the 5Ss is implemented appropriately to enhance production productivity. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers according to the type of modification. Conducting regular meeting with supervisors and team leaders ensuring the processes flow. Produce written reports and make presentations for the results and achievements clarifying the Return on investment. تطوير و تفعيل وتنفيذ خطة الصيانة لماكينات الانتاج وعمل بعض التعديلات في الماكينات لرفع مستوي كفاءة الماكينة,عمل نظام لمتابعة قطع الغيار وطرق ووقت طلبها قبل نفاذها ,توزيع العمل علي فنيي الصيانة والتنسيق بينهم, عملsop للماكينات الجديدة واستلامها والتدرب عليها من قبل المهندسين الاجانب المندوبين عن الشركة الموردة والانتهاء من IQdocuments,متابعة انهاء OQ documents مع مدير قسم الانتاج , عمل التكويد المناسب للماكينات الجديدة, التأكد من معايرة اجهزة القياس قبل استخدامها داخل الشركة ومتابعة المعايرة السنوية لأجهزة الشركة ككل, التأكد من سلامة الخدمات المساعدة للعملية الانتاجية مثل: مولد الكهرباء (في حالة الطوارئ )والكلارك الديزل والكلارك الكهربي وضاغط الهواء (copressor) والغلاية البخارية(boiler) , محطة معالجة المياه واستدعاء شركات التوكيل للصيانة في حالة وجود عطل ان لم يمكن اصلاحه في الحال ومتابعتهم لتعلم كيفية اصلاحه عند تكرار العطل, تصنيع بعض اجزاء من الماكينات في الورش الداخلية أو الخارجية في حالة عدم توافرها و العمل علي برنامج Auto CAD لاستخدامه في رسم قطع الغيار والتعديلات الخاصة بال LAYOUT الخاص بالأقسام الجديدة. كورس في تعلم اساسيات اللحام وعيوبه, تعلم التعليمات الخاصة بالجودة خاصة عند العمل في حالة وجود منتج , تعلم كيفية العمل بالنسبة للعملية الانتاجية من حيث طلب الخامات وتكويدها ورقم التشغيلة (batch No.)وتخزينها وتناولها واستخدامها ومراحل تشغيلها والوقت المستغرق وطرق تخزين المنتج وصرفه للعملاء,في الوقت الحالي (تعلم ذاتي ) عن التكييف المركزي وتصميمه ومتابعة صيانته.
