 Ensure that the final products meet the specified Asfour Crystal standards.  Responsible for the final product inspection according to the CE, SASO and UL requirements.  Conducting with outside inspection companies -3rd party- for some exported shipments.  Reviewing the quality KPI target for the production departments with the plant team.  Supervise, coaching and evaluating the quality supervisors & technicians for improving their qualifications cross over the 3 departments: Chassis, Electro plating & Final product assembly.  Evaluating the quality check points to be adaptable and dynamic with the production lines requirements to ensure fast feedback data for high productivity with minimum rework & defect rate.  Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to quality aspect using the problem solving techniques.  Ensuring that the necessary correction and corrective actions are taken and implemented effectively regarding to the root cause analysis of product defects with a multifunctional team.  Reviewing the suppliers for the non-conformity of their provided components.  Testing and examining certain components at external laboratories.  Coordinating and dealing with the production, process, sales, logistic, purchasing, planning, Financial departments and warehouses.  Developing the S.O.P of the customer complaint department according to data analysis results.  Solving the customer complaints with fast response and effective containment action to keep the customer satisfied as possible.  Studying and analyzing the recorded data and the gathered information of the customer complaints to reach to the root cause of problems occurrence.  Responsible for the continuous improvement for either the production processes as technicality or managerial procedures between the departments processes with a team from the concerned departments depending on the product defects and customer complaints data studies results.  Assist in the development of product quality standards & make recommendation to apply this for new or existing products.
