5- Advising staff regarding the handling of non - routine reporting transactions.
6- Responding to inquiries from the directors / managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
7- Supervising the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
8- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the work flow of the department.
9- Handle personal issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
