I joined the company as assigned construction project manager for Ministry of Interior project at Al Wakra and this is South Security Complex for MOI, attending progress meetings and Coordination meetings, following up the progress based on the project base line, following up the variation orders and interim bills till issuance of consultant certificates in addition to managing the works with our staff (Planner, QS, Senior Engineers in all disciplines)

Started as Tender evaluation Engineer for evaluation of tenders technically and financially till the recommendation to the Clients within the evaluation report and I assigned the Department manger to lead and manage the team for evaluation of tenders to achieve the target dates for reports submission and attending the negotiation meetings with Clients and contractor in addition to following up till the Clients issuance of Acceptance letters
