1. Mobilization Site Manager for SKIKDA projects.
Procurement, purchasing &Admin. manager for All Packages.

- Establishing of the mobilization area for The New LNG Train Project at SKIKDA Industrial Zone according to the requirements of our client KBRII Kelloog Brown & Root Int'l Inc.
- Supporting the program delivery manager with all tasks related to the PM.
- Providing the projects & departments with their needs on time.
Controlling the purchase cycle without affecting the cost or the stock limit. Developing relations with vendors & suppliers to get the best prices with the best quality.
- Managing relations with contractors to ensure thair compliance with terms and conditions of the project.

2. Senior coordinator for SORFERT fertilizer project &our client UHDE.

- Coordinating between the designer, the contractor, the local authorities and the owner especially for marine and mechanical works.
- Maintaining top level communications with all partners including attendance of all progress meetings and handling correspondence.
- Ensure effective interference between all project groups involved in the contract management and expediting including the project management, contract administration, supply chain management, contracts and procurement, logistics, and material management.
- Follow up the offshore and onshore tasks wich affect the total management plan of the project.

1-Development & Renovation for HELNAN PLASTINE HOTEL

- Managing all project activities including on site related renovation activities.
- Leading the whole team of different contrartors ensuring efficient and timely execution.
- Ensuring the work is progressing according to approved schedule.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient utilization of resources, in order to stay within the budget’s limits.
- Maintaining quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project).
- Preparing monthly progress reports to higher management, highlighting deficiencies and proposing remedial measures to improve on progress.

2-Engineering studies for ROXI MULTISTORYGARAGE & SHOPPING MALL.
- Studding of utilities & structural modifications according to Cairo governorate requirements (4 basements under ground level).
- Perform in coordination with the head of planning section, periodic time, cost control review, and report the findings to the director of projects department.

3-Consulting for Lab Projects (Sokhna Port Labs - GUC. Labs).
-Managing all activities related to labs build up.
-Track QC testing requirements &Adopt a leading role with respect to the international quality standards and safety procedures & provide assistance if required.
4- Supervision for multistory building substructure.
- Monitoring and coordinating execution for Piles (Board Piles) &Raft foundation to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily/monthly production plans and schedule.

Leading and controlling the working teams in deferent activities as: -
-Excavation and soil compaction (mechanical or manual ) for old tracks.
-Rene walling switches and tracks .
-Finishing the station works by mechanical compaction .

Construction and handover, Commercial Residential Complex at Hawally& Residential Tower at Dasman area. (3million Dinar)
- Management and coordination of project management team in all disciplines.
- Moinitring and inspection of contractors design and constrution activities. - Preparing sub-contractor agreements and payments.

- Supervision for all finishing works.
- Management for all subs. contractors' activities
- Engineering and Management for special building systems like (Space frame - Pre-Engineered Steel - Aerated Concrete - Fabric Structures & Skylights )
- Supervision for installing Space frame Systems.

Kuwait University, Shuwaikh Campus (2.2 million Dinar)

- Maintaining all academy building, STF Housings and roads.
- Controlling manpower, procurement and progress ensuring operational coasts are within Budgets.

Executor Sub-Contractor for Bin-Nuweiran Est. (500, 000 Dinar)
1.Mina El Zoor- Administration area for Getty Oil Co.
2.Wafra - Joint Operation area Getty Oil Co.
-Executing main sub-station and laying high tension cable.
-Rehabilitation of Getty Oil Hospital, all transformer stations and some Burned buildings.

Most of power stations and factories using refractory concretes.
- Execution, maintenance and treatment for refractory buildings and refractory concrete’s using High Alumina Cement.

1.Expletory Residential Project (1516 units), 12 fl. eash building.

-Supervision for all civil works (Survey, Conceretes, Finishes decorations, Sanitary and plumbing, roads and utilities) .
-Preparing & checking monthly contractor’s payment according to work progress.
