• Design, implement, test, and evaluate oilfield wellhead assets increasing safety, reliability, and cost-effective solution deployment throughout manufacturing operations.
• Introduce innovative product designs and modifications, while concurrently managing the evolution of complex and advanced designs.
• Plan, execute, and manage scalable projects for multi-national petroleum corporations. Generate, review, and approve the design, calculation, specification, sub/final assembly, material selection, and related project documents meeting technical specifications.
• Provide effective solutions addressing complex production deficiencies, streamlining productivity, and efficiency.
• Proficient in API 6A, 5CT, 5C2, 5B, 17D, 6FA, Q1, Q2, NACE MC0175, ASME Section 8 Dev. II & III, ASTM, and NORSOK M-710 standards.
Key Project Accomplishments:
Expanded Delta Corporation’s key product portfolio by developing new types of wellheads and mechanisms to improve operations at each of the following client corporations, to name a few:
Qatar Petroleum (Qatar): Managed the execution and development of a series of wellhead and X-mas tree configurations, such as:
• Multiple types of metal to a metal sealing mechanism for secure good annulus integrity.
• An Internal latch mechanism for casing and tubing mandrel hangers.
• A two-stage compact wellhead system for maximum versatility and efficiency.
ENI (Iraq): Developed Wellhead & X-mas tree systems with corrosion-resistant alloy weld overlay technology. Established an exceptional product manufacturing process to achieve the multiple process rough-cut, clad, and final cut. Designed electrical feed-through-type wellhead systems.
KOC (KUWAIT): Successfully passed client evaluation stack-up test for both newly developed single as well as dual production wellhead systems. Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia): Performed API 6A Annexure F test procedures on the size range of Slip Type Casing Hanger qualifications.
