Currently working in ADNOC Gas Processing as Instrument Technician from July 2019 in Maintenance Department in ADNOC Ruwais Pipeline Division.

- Every day ADNOC Gas Processing deliver over 10, 500 tonnes of ethane, in addition to 4, 300 MMSCF of sales gas, 217, 000 barrels of condensate and 33, 900 tonnes of propane, butane and naphtha. These products fuel the nation’s industries, supporting the manufacture of aluminium, cement, steel, fertilizer, chemical feedstock, water and electricity.

- Plants are located in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi and Ruwais, and are connected to a 3000 km pipeline network that enables us to distribute gas and other products throughout the UAE.

- To receive assignments, work orders (WO) and permits to cork (PTW) from Instrument Engineer for scheduled and planned jobs.
- To provide information to Instrument Engineer on the status of facility, preventive and repair work scheduling, processing of work orders and safety work permits.
- Establishes requirements, i.e. tools, spare parts and length of time, and plans layout and procedures for repair, modification, replacement or calibration.
- To installs, maintains, modifies and repairs a variety of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation on site or workshop, using a variety of tools and test equipment.
- Carry out Corrective maintenance (CM) and checking complex instrumentation, analyzers, process control systems or safety systems of process and utility areas.
- Performs preventive maintenance (PM) on major safety and emergency shutdown systems (ESD).
- Carry out minor modifications work on instrumentation in the assigned area.
- Testing, calibration and re-installation of all repaired electronic, electrical and mechanical instrumentation.
- To ensure the accuracy of operation as per the standards (ISO), and that all instrumentation is synchronized in conjunction with the Process Control Rooms.
- To maintain and daily update maintenance logbook, history and any other relevant records and to Reports all faults and to identifies requirements for major overhauls to Instrument Engineer.
- Carry out safety procedures, ensuring that all work sites are secured and prepared in accordance with work permits that all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures (SOP).
- Carry out troubleshooting on on-line equipments and during startups to ensure maximum up time of the equipment.
- Performs servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative tasks on Pneumatic, DCS and PLC based ESD systems.
- To provide expertise for configuration, dismantling and repairing of components such as electronic cards and replacing defective parts such as relays and integrated circuits etc.
- Perform the role of mentor for UAE national trainees in areas of proven competence.
- Performs Emergency Response Role as required by company.

Worked more than 4 years in this company as Instrument Technologist in Instrument and Control Department .

- Commissioned in the year 2000 and built at a cost of US$ 886 million, PARCO Mid-Country Refinery (MCR) at Mahmoodkot near Multan has added 120, 000 BPD to the country’s refining capacity. MCR was one of only five refineries built in the world at the beginning of the millennium and, therefore, can be called the latest in terms of generations.

- PARCO’s Mid-Country Refinery (MCR) is the country’s most modern and largest operating refinery and employs critical processes involved in refining. The Refinery produces Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), High Octane Blending Component (HOBC), Kerosene, Jet Fuel (JP-1 & JP-4), High Speed Diesel (HSD), Light Speed Diesel (LDO), Furnace Oil (FO) and Sulphur.

- MCR is capable of producing lead free Motor Gasoline of 90 Octane. . It produces fuel oil with low sulphur content meeting the international standards and has a Sulphur Recovery Unit with tail gas treatment to avoid pollution.

Worked more then two years in Instrument Department as Senior Officer Instrument.

-Light Naphtha Isomerization unit,
-Expansion of existing Captive power plant by 18 MW.

-ARL’s current nameplate capacity stands at 53, 400 bpd and it possesses the capability to process lightest to heaviest (10-65 API) crudes.

-The Company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 17025, OHSAS 18001 certified and is the first refinery in Pakistan to implement ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).

During career worked more than 2 years as Instrument Technician in EFERT Daharki Plant having capacity of 4000 Mt Ammonia and 6500 Mt Urea per day and 2 years as Senior Instrument Officer in EFL Sahiwal Plant with milk processing capacity of 1.3 million per day.
