• Budgeting. Defined Annual, Quarterly and monthly targets to the junior teams that matched and delivered set company Objectives.

• Productivity. Streamlined departmental operations, bringing on board a team that was expert in handling operational issues thus up-scaling performance and Raising productivity to + 10%.
• Bookings/scheduling. Scheduled 100% flights, airport pickups and hotel reservations for expatriates, new recruits and terminated employees to and from the UAE.
• Conflict Resolution. Addressed and resolved employee queries, registered and advised management.
• Achievement. Promoted from a Sales supervisor to Deputy Sales Manager from April 2018 due to my advance skills in handling sales related issues.
