Handle end-to-end recruitment activities such as
Responsible for issuing oƯer letters.
Responsible for on boarding process.
Gather requirements from respective managers.
Coordinate interviews with respective panels.
Maintain and update employee personnel files, HRMS accounts, and trackers as
employees join and leave the system.
Complete documentation required on joining day after thorough verification, conduct
background check, maintains employee files for new employees.
Ensure email and telephone communications take place with internal and external
parties.
Ensure timely and proper responses are provided to management regarding Human
Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
Proactively report employee grievance to the manager and the top management.
Coordinating with departments for HR/administrative arrangements
Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
