• Lead cross-functional team (3 companies) to establish common management system for all departments (common management-PDCA cycle, HSE, Responsible Care®, Quality System, Operations, HR System, Purchasing), providing quality system training.

Installation of carbon dioxide (CO2) removal unit for OLEFINS (RM 8million) - April to Dec 2004.
Installation of 1 km-3”-piping (4, 000 dye-inch).
Build a Chemical Warehouse & installation of chemical injection system.
• Developing project scopes and project costs estimates, Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) using BP’s project methodology.
• Computer simulation and hand calculation of heat and material balances calculations.

• Managed several improvement projects in reducing operating costs (total of RM 1 million in a 2-year-period).
• Manage several Improvement Projects to increase Plant Efficiency and Reliabilities & responsible for polyethylene (PE) production cycle schedule.
• Provide operations training and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Provide technical support on product analysis and trouble-shooting of the process operation.
• Responsible to evaluate and implementing Cooling Tower Treatment and Boiler Water Treatment chemicals project for both Titan Polyethylene and Titan Petrochemicals valued at MR 500, 000.
• Setting-up the Radio Communication System for Titan Petrochemicals Complex valued at MR 500, 000 and working with Telecom Department to get the licenses
