• Act as the Senior Biomedical Engineers for the AGHs Project. Team Leader for the whole team of Engineers and Technicians. Responsible for directing, monitoring, controlling and providing support and advice to Work Team Members to ensure work is completed in a safe, quality controlled manner, to meet Company standards.
• Perform Safety Inspections and provide report to the management.
• Conduct internal Audit/Inspection within the project and other projects under the company
• Prepare documents and arrangements for HAAD/JCIA compliance
• Follow up the equipments Alerts/recall from manufacturer, ECRI and FDA etc.
• Staff KPI monitoring and documentation
• Equipment Life Cycle management to ensure the Availability, Safety, Reliability and cost Effectiveness (Need Assessment, planning, Procurement with Technical Appraisal/Evaluation, Acceptance (Installation, Safety Testing, Calibration and Training), maintenance, Incident Reporting, Recall, Replacement, Disposal and Continual quality improvement plan)
• Coordinate with Sub-contractors and Vendors
• Crisis management.
• Prepare /implement business plan of the project to achieve budget in line with the organizational goal
• Prepare project analysis monthly/quarterly, and prepare the report.
• Interview and propose new staff for the project

• Writing reports and attending conferences and exhibitions to present the work and latest designs to a range of technical and non-technical audiences;
• Planning and conducting Meeting with senior health service staff or other managers to exchange findings;
• Dealing with technical queries from hospitals and giving advice on new equipment;

• Keeping up to date with new developments in the field, nationally and internationally.
The key routine activities of the project include the following.
Perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) . Scheduling and Performance Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) . Uploading the PPM and CM reports to Asset Plus through Web Module. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment (EST and Radiation Safety Test) Participate in Water Quality Testing- the water samples collected from the Dialysis and Dental departments are collected and sent for chemical and microbiological verifications and hence the quality of the water is constantly monitored and recorded. Periodic Checking of Medical Equipments which need attention. Timely conduct End user Training programs. Consistently consults with the medical staff, instructing them on the operation of equipment and any issues with regard to its functionality. Documentation and Database, Procure spare parts and accessories as and when required. Coordinate with Sub-contractors and Vendors of the Warranty Equipments. Follow up of MR and External Service.
