•As a Lead QA/QC Engineer for FDH-JV (Fluor Daewoo Hyundai Joint Venture), responsible for development and implementation of the quality management system by developing/establishing procedures, policies, plans and work instructions as needed;
•Preparation and Implementation of project quality plan (PQP) with details on quality practices, resources and sequence of activities relevant to a particular contract/project.
•Establishing appropriate audit strategy and project audit plan (schedule) for the project (including site scope), to ensure effectiveness of QMS.
•Performing internal and external quality audits, Issuing quality audit reports to appropriate parties and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions, until closure as required.
•Planning for inspection activities and thus to ensure availability of all necessary documents at inspection release and implement suitable corrective actions
• Defining, Measuring, Monitoring project KPI’s and actions implemented for any identified gap.
• Scheduling & Conducting Management review meetings (MRM) and taking corrective actions if required.
• Performing pre - qualification audit at Vendor / Manufactures premises to ensure their effectiveness of quality system.
•Preparing the quality dashboard statistics information and reporting to top Management periodically.
•Analyze quality information (audit results, process / product non-conformities, feedback etc.) and identify corrective and preventive actions.
•Assisting with identification of trends and determination of root cause so as to prevent recurrence.
•Preparation of final QA/QC dossier for handing over to the client and maintain proper filling system (as per Organization procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the document.
•Preparation of Quality related 'lessons-learned' through project Close-out Report and ensure it is reported.
•Preparing and getting approvals with owner for Work Method Statements, ITPs, Risk Assessments, Material approvals and Vendor approvals.
•Arranging workshops and trainings for site staffs about Construction field activities, Material handling, Quality Cost etc. in stage by stage according to project construction baseline schedule and finishing schedule.
•Ensure the all materials meet or exceed the contract specifications.
•Ensure the all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC Turnover engineer.
•Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.
•Assure the all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status.

•Creating audit notifications & non-conformance reports and handling follow-up with audits to close nonconformance’s
•Monitoring and controlling QC Inspectors and QC Engineers at site,
•Preparation of Daily Surveillance Reports for construction activities & coordinated with Construction Team & Client QC for the agree of the surveillance outcome
•Monitoring subcontractor’s activities to ensure compliance of construction, materials and installations with project specifications and IFC Drawings
•Inspecting internal sites for overall construction activities as per daily RFI schedule with sub-contractor’s QC & Client
•Administering Third Party Inspections and other tests required as per project specifications, codes & standards
•Keeping a track of NCRs, CARs & PARs in assigned area and collaborating with sub-contractor’s QC personnel to ensure actions are executed to expedite closure of NCR AND CARs

• Expertise in Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations such as Switch Gears, Transformers, MLTP, ATS, Capacitor Banks, MCC Panels, Cable Laying and Bus duct Installation, LV & ELV Systems.
• To prepare Project Quality Plan reflecting the requirements of the contractual, regulatory requirements and to review the implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Technical Evaluation of Tender documents during the proposal stage, and to provide technical inputs with respect to the Quality Control issues with the Proposal Department.
• Technical Evaluation of Design/ Shop drawings as per the Project Requirements and to Co-ordinate with Operations team.
• Technical Evaluation of Material Submittals / Manufacturers Data for the Materials Proposed as per the Project Specification and Contract requirements.
• Vendor Shop Inspections performed for the following equipment for the project Al Shabab and Damietta 1000 & 500 MW each Simple Gas Turbine Power Plants, Egypt.
• To prepare Project Specific Quality Control procedures/ work instructions, ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) according to Contract / Project requirements and follow-up for its approval and monitor the implementation as per the Contract / Project Requirements.
• Ensure the project quality requirements are included in the contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and that an adequate level of QA/QC is applied to critical suppliers.
• To ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are initiated and completed based on the sufficient root cause analysis;
• To interface and coordinate with clients for QA/QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
