• New Jahra Hospital Project.
Designation :- HVAC Project Engineer JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Worked as a HVAC Engineer in New Jahra hospital project ( Total capacity 16, 800 Ton ) for the Review / Design and install of Mechanical or HVAC systems for health care application. . 1. Calculate the design heating & cooling load of proposed building for HVAC and submit to consultant / client for review & approval 2. Prepare HVAC Drawings (HVAC Plan, Section, Schematic, and Balancing) respect to design requirements and contract requirements with coordination of other disciplines and submitted as per the approved schedules to the consultant / client for review & approval. 3 .Assists ware-house in checking the completeness of the received materials, identification of any damaged, short received materials etc. 4. Co-ordinates with client for MRIR (Materials Requisition & Inspection Report). 5. Co-ordinates with construction management team for readiness of the buildings for installation of HVAC equipments & ducts.
6. water-cooled Chillers (14 chillers, 5 cooling towers, 35 pumps, 3 HVAC hot water boiler, 3 steam boiler ), Chilled Water Piping, Refrigeration Piping, Fan Coil Units, FAHU, ERU, ACCU, MCCU, Wall Mounted Split Units, Exhaust Fans and Air Duct with accessories (volume control dampers, fire dampers etc). 7. JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Worked as District Cooling Engineer in SABAH AL-SALEM UNIVERSITY CUP 1&2 project ( Total capacity 72, 000 Ton) for the Construction of HVAC Systems
1- Undertakes HVAC calculations to determine main performance parameters, sizes and weights. 2- Involve With Construction Team for Chillers, Cooling Towers, pumps( primary secondary and condenser ), Thermal Energy Storage Tank, RO system, AHUs, FCUs and its Auxiliaries . 3- Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning, Start up and operation for All equipments.
4- Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Chilled water pipes, fittings, accessories are available and approved by Inspection department prior to installation 5- Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC Activities. 6- Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter, Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc.., and ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPEs prior start installation activities at site 7- Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and inform them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
