Job Profile: • Auditing Moving Services invoices within the TAT time.
• On-line Payments to Vendors within the Due date.
• Doing Vendor set ups to make the urgent payments.
• Handling the Rush Router box for different issues.
• Direct Escalations to Vendors & Clients (Depends on the situations)
• Good at Vendor Reconciliations.
• Daily meeting the Client expectations.
• Sending Fund requests on site team, In case of disbursement amount is 5k, 15K, 25K and above.
• Attending client calls, In case of clarifications, Regarding Authorizations payments.
• Adapting continuous updates.
• Doing Quality Check of payments, Preparing daily reports and PFI reports on daily basis.
• Process Trainer: Training the new hires, Conducting PKTs (Process Knowledge Tests) for the entire team.
• Responsible for getting invoices paid well within due date by the Analysts.
• Responsible for work allocation to other team members.
• Handling daily calls with the clients and updating the current status at Genpact India.
• Doing sanity for all invoices, which are in pending status.
• Part of quality team to check accuracy level of the production done for the day and report to the client.
