• Taking care of weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance for Electrical equipment machines
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of PLC based machine with Siemens & Allenbradely makes
• Achieved electrical maintenance operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans
• Maintenance of roller and belt conveyor, air classifier machine with their PLC programming
• Regularly inspect and clear issue of the electrical motors(AC-DC Motors) and control system
• Check the motors insulation, bearings and electrical commission of the conveyor systems
• Develop and modify the PLC program to different PLC’s and motor control system
• Clear the faults code of Motor drivers and PLC’s
• Updated Daily break down data’s and submit to manager
• Configuration of HMI including graphics, tags, alarms, trends, reports; PLC for standard communications protocols, MODBUS .
• Responsible for the installation and commissioning of PLC/HMI & Conducting FAT/SAT with Customer
• Implemented quality & customer-service standard; resolved problems at field & determined system improvement
• Handled all activities of operation and improved the safety environment in the entire plant.
• On site programming & modification of PLC programs using ladder logic
• Development of PLC logic HMI & SCADA programs.
• Activities panel testing
• Plant commissioning of PLC & SCADA systems
