I am working as Assistant Resident Engineer at Emaar Canyon View Infrastructure Development Project. My key responsibilities are as under:
-Review of Daily Progress Report
-Review of Monthly Progress Reports
-Review of design drawings issued to the contractor
-Preparation of shop drawings
-To ensure that work is being excuted as per design drawings and specification
-Checking of contractor's working method
-Well acquainted with NHA specs and FIDIC clause to make correspondence with the contractor and client.
Responsible for all construction activities of Photovoltaic Project(Concrete Piling Work)
-Responsible for all design data and its execution at site.
- Deployment of sub-contractors as per site requirements.
-Responsible for daily record of all construction activities being executed by all sub-con teams.
-Responsible for all site matters with the Client
-Verbal and written communication with the Client.
-Procurement of materials as per requirement at site.
Construction supervision and design evaluation of following:
-Road work.
-Water Supply
-Sewerage System
• Review of design drawings, evaluation of Method Statements, preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Physical Progress as per requirement of Client and Asian Development Bank (ADB) and construction supervision of infrastructure works (Highways and Structures) at Motorway (M-4) project including Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement, Interchanges, Interchanges Bridges, Pipe Culverts, Subways, Underpasses, Cattle Creeps and all ancillary work.
I worked as Assistant Resident Engineer at KPRRP & ADP Projects. My responsibilities included the management of site activities/office works. The project comprised of Structures and Road Pavement work, i.e. Construction of Culverts, Flexible Pavement and Rigid Pavement etc.
“Widening & Improvement of Sargodha-Mianwali Road” with Project Cost = 1 billion rupees. My responsibilities are management of site activities/office works. Project is comprising of concrete structures and road work i.e. Construction of Culverts, rigid pavement, flexible pavement and RCC Side Drain.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assuring the progress as per construction schedule.
Kept an eye on the progress of the construction work and advised contractors for necessary action whenever required.
To provide quick solutions to the day-to-day problems this cropped up at site.
To prepare monthly progress reports.
Assisting Highway Engineer.
Checking the contractor’s working methods.
Keeping proper records of all design work.
Reporting regularly to Resident Engineer on all road and traffic matters.
Ensuring that the contractor’s workmanship conforms to the specifications and drawings and is according to good construction practice.
Checking the contractor’s equipment to see that it is in good working order is being used safely and properly and meets the requirements of the construction schedule.

• Supervision of Metro Bus Project including trench section having raft and retaining walls(RCC), at grade section comprising flexible pavement, at-grade metro bus stations, shallow depth metro bus station for trench section, underpasses, ITS Ducts, escalators & lifts at Metro Bus Stations, pre-cast panels for short span underpasses, post tensioned inverted T-shape girders, fixing of probe holes & grouting, bored cast-in-situ pile, pile cap, pier and transom (pre-cast & cast-in-situ).
• Construction supervision of infrastructure works (Highways and Structures) of Lahore Roads Rehabilitation Project including relocation of utilities, flexible pavement, rigid pavement, fixing of tuff pavers at Bus Terminal Thoker Niaz Baig, sewerage system, footpaths, construction of small bridges at Hadyara Drain, etc.
Costruction of Rigid Pavement in Momin Pura.
Construction of Flexible Pavement in Warra Sattar adjacent with Quaid-e-Azam Interchange.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
