 Increased sales conversion rates by 200% and revenue by 15% with the implementation and the integration of Salesforce with the Plugwine back-end services. Using apex-based dev, Visual Pages and Node.js
 Boosted winemakers onboarding process by 500% in 2 months with the implementation of an eSignature module and its integration to the companys CRM system. Increased traceability and reliability of the system.
 Shaved off 3 hours every day from the warehouse manager time by speeding up the product collect from the warehouse via a solution of label ordering and WMS output synchronization (had to literally modify the WMS scripts, stored procedures and jobs to implement this functionality). A saving of $7, 500 per month.
 Increased customer QoS, invoicing reliability by 500% with the integration of the BNP Paribas easy collect solution (SOAP/REST API) into the overall Plugwine invoicing process.
 Further simplified the winemakers invoicing process and bookkeeping by integrating with ISAVIGN invoicing system directly from the customer back-end via CSV export/import.
 Achieved a 99.99% service availability for Plugwine Payment Services by implementing PSP service redundancy in a bit over 2 months by interfacing with Ogone Ingenico, Stripe and Hipay.
 Single handedly unlocked thousands of orders bound for Belgium and enabled the kick off of the 1st Plugwine international delivery with the implementing of a quick & dirty solution for label generation and printing for the Becker carrier leading to an immediate 5% gross sales increase. Used MS. Word and Macros.
 Led a team of 6 developers into designing, implementing, testing, delivering and maintaining some key Plugwine Web Applications in 24 months using AngularJS and Web API. Voted 2nd best wine e-commerce site in France and 5th overall worldwide at VinExpo 2018.
 Delivered Plugwine with its first product Search Engine in about 4 weeks-time, enabling cross field facets search and supporting Plugwine volume. Enhanced product search page response time by over 50% under 300ms. Implementation based on Elasticsearch/AWS OpenSearch.
