Mehdi Chraibi

Within the Finance Management team of SNCF, I manage projects included in the perimeter of the trading finance, cash management and accountancy. The purpose of this mission is to ensure the smooth flow of data from the insertion of financial orders to their entry in the general accounts, while respecting the various accounting and regulatory standards.
Example of the main achievements:
- Implementation of IAS 39, IFRS 9, Collateral and EMIR at SNCF Réseau
- Management in either run and project mode of applications, Titan for the trading room, and KTP for accounting
- Study and arbitration of the choice of a new ETL to ensure communication between the various tools
- Call for tender, study and arbitration of the choice of a new pricing tool, then creation of a new model of power supply tools using Reuters data
- Management of the planning, the budget and the teams of the different projects as well as the monitoring of the contractual relationship with the software publishers
- Organization and facilitation of committees with all the stakeholders in each perimeter

Customer needs analysis and on-going negotiations on the final product. Specification and design of product through user stories,
technical specifications. Building, briefing and managing of development and implementation team. Monitoring and evaluation of
project until customer satisfaction. Working with a variety of companies and product types.
Projects included;
- Renovation works financial management
- Installation of ticketing software - ‘Service Now’ for facilities management to declare defects in buildings, assign checks and coordinate planned
maintenance activities
- Application to decentralise payment systems and dispatch to different activity centres
- Mobile application, for automated office; including lighting and heating, meeting rooms, meeting people etc.

Designed a solution to manage the price scale fixing for every product sold by BNP. Conception of a standard model, then
adaptation and input for each product. Lobbied business departments to switch to this solution.
Managing merger of two investment companies by writing memorandum of understanding to sell the same products at different
levels, suited to the range of customers.

I worked on the Install of a new Core Banking Solution, by writing technical and functional specifications and leaded an IT team to
migrate dynamics flows concerning accountancy, means of payment and SEPA transfers.

Within this role I was part of a three people team working on “Exotic Projects”. I developed four offers for the bank; an insurance offer for the French Commercial Bank in Antilles, an offer for militaries working with the Security ministry, an offer adapted to Chinese students working with the Agricultural Bank of China and a last offer for the costumers of Bourse Direct to make the financial operations going faster.
