• Monitored USD 360M in procurement expenditures within the USD 800M EPCCI enterprise, tracking budget alignment, schedule adherence, and technical specification compliance across contractor-managed procurement packages, including vendor audit participation and vetting of contractor-proposed vendors against Owners Preferred Vendors List (PVL).

• Worked with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, logistics, cost control) to frame supply chain execution boundaries, engage stakeholders on supply-related risks and support corrective actions, including subcontract administration, contractual disputes resolution, and claims management, before schedule impacts materialized.

Oversaw procurement execution for the offshore installation package within the Anguille field redevelopment project (USD 2B), managing contractor and vendor coordination, delivery compliance, and supply chain representation in project reviews of Gabon offshore operations.

• Executed tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract award procedures for project procurement packages, leading RFQ / RFP and TBE / CBE processes, administering purchase orders for long-lead items (LLI) from placement to final delivery, conducting Vendor Kick-Off Meetings (VKOM), and supervising FAT for critical equipment packages including 17 water injection pumps and 1 major Fire Water Pump.

• Worked with engineering, QA/QC, and compliance teams to address vendor performance issues and resolve execution-level problems prior to and during offshore revamping operations, maintaining schedule alignment and technical integrity.

Organized spare parts data definition, SPL and SPIR preparation, and MRO master-data structuring for the field operations package within the Usan FPSO project (USD 8B), translating MRO master-data requirements into SAP-compatible datasets during system design stages to enable procurement execution.

• Worked with MIEC contractors and EPC engineering teams to structure spare-parts data in accordance with SAP master-data requirements, producing procurement-ready spare-parts lists and documentation for the subsequent purchasing phase.

• Translated spare-parts master-data constraints into operable workflows within SAP R/3 MM, ensuring data traceability and operational usability aligned with operator system architecture requirements, and incorporating lessons learned into the procurement database for future project phases.

Directed a team of local staff managing all onshore and offshore personnel logistics for the Akpo FPSO under TUPNI, coordinating with Nigerian institutional stakeholders (including Port-Harcourt MOPOL Force, NAF Base, and Immigration Office) on inland transfers security coverage, flight authorizations, offshore permits, and expatriate visa compliance, while maintaining full operational continuity across both regular crew rotations and emergency response protocols.

• Supervised transit logistics and rotation cycles for 1, 4k+ PAX movements, coordinating helicopter operations, vessel transfers, and crew-change protocols to maintain asset availability and operational pace.

• Sourced and procured critical equipment for the drilling & completion package, administering 320 Purchase Orders valued at USD 180M+ from issuance to close-out - comprising integration into SAP R/3 MM - and maintaining the Procurement Register and PO Log with full execution tracking, supporting the preparation and issuance of regular progress reporting to the PMT and the board.

• Secured the strategic sourcing (via Ariba reverse auction), purchasing, and offshore delivery of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) supplies exceeding 4.5k MT/month, ensuring timely and safe ship-to-ship (STS) fuel transfers to the marine spread to guarantee 100% supply continuity under rigorous operational constraints.

Expedited supplier and subcontractor execution within the offloading buoy package for the Dalia FPSO project (USD 4BN), tracking delivery alignment and interface coordination across 80+ vendors and subcontractors.

• Monitored vendor and subcontractor activities to ensure interface alignment and conforming, timely delivery of critical equipment, controlling exposure to compliance and interface risks across multiple work fronts.

• Identified and resolved execution-level issues to protect schedule integrity and package progress, supporting mitigation actions before delivery impacts materialized.

Coordinated supply chain execution for the Sannazzaro, Cabanillas, Jupiter-CO and Sasol Train-15 projects (USD 500M+ jointly), aligning engineering, manufacturing, QA/QC, and logistics activities to support projects delivery.
