. Recently working as an Assistant Architect preparing presentation for different residential, educational, commercial and industrial projects. . Planning aesthetically and developing 3-D massing. .Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and HFZ rules and regulations.

Work as project architect and lead the team around four to five people.
Take a project from concept sketches to production drawings. Also meetings with clients and approve design.
Main Activities and Resposibilities.
Conceptualizing and Designing:
•Understanding the client needs
•Planning aesthetically and developing 3-D massing
•Knowledge of Capital Development Authority rules and regulations.
•Preparing CDA Submissions.
•Preparation of drawings.
•Coordinating with the Structural and the MEP departments to produce precise and
satisfactory drawings complying with CDA and RDA requirements and rules.
•Follow-up discussions with CDA RDA and BTD:
•Carrying out post-submission discussions with CDA Engineers and establishing
open-ended liaisons with the engineers.
•Preparing and submission of Civil Defense drawings:
•Preparation of civil defense drawings.
•Site Visits at every stage of project Founation, Ground Floor slab till the last floor to check following of drawings.
•Making calculation of BOQs for residential projects.

Work On different architectural projects which includes residential, commercial. Assist the senior architect and make all shop drawings for construction. Carry site visit on different phases of the project.

•Developing 3d massing and esthetics
•Preparation of Working drawings
•Preparation of submission and completion drawings.
•Coordination with electrical, plumbing and structure drawings
•Supervising work at site Worked closely with other professionals like surveyors and
civil engineers.
•Successive site visited to cross check the progress and to attend the monthly progress
meeting with look ahead and recovery program.
